A dark chocolate a day keeps the doctor away

A daily dose of dark chocolate could lower the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Dark chocolate contains flavanoids, which are known to lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

The findings suggest “dark chocolate therapy” could be used to complement, or even replace, drug therapeutics in people at high risk of cardiovascular disease.
