Clearer, faster, better

Objects at the nanoscale can be now be seen more precisely and faster using the full colour spectrum of synchrotron light.

The research, from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coherent X-ray Science, increased the speed of imaging by 60-fold, as well as the clarity of the image.

This may open the way for faster 3D nanoimaging, which can be used to study samples for medical research, improve drug development, and advance materials for engineering.
