Electric polymers facilitate cell regrowth

An advanced form of electricity-conducting plastic might be set to revolutionise the way cell regrowth is facilitated. Animal trials of the conductive polymer have proven successful in regrowing nerve cells and the technology could be used in a variety of ways in humans.
