After many years of conflicting opinions, researchers at Monash University have provided strong evidence that exercise of good for knees. The research examined the impact of exercise on different parts of the knees and found that the prevailing dissension was the result of the fact that they were impacted differently. The report What is the Effect of Physical Activity on the Knee Joint? A Systematic Review looked at data from 28 studies, representing 9,737 participants.
