Forget horsepower, try alligators

Alligator fat could be a key component in future biofuel production due to its high lipid content.

The alligator meat processing industry produces a lot of alligator fat which has very few uses but researchers were able to convert 61% of the fat into a liquid that could be usable as a biofuel.
