Grocery list can assist weight loss

Shopping using a pre-planned grocery list can assist with weight loss, a new study has found.

Using behavioural economics, the study from Monash University looked at cost-effective strategies for weight loss and found when participants pre-planned their meals and committed to only buying groceries on their shopping list, they were more likely to avoid the temptation of buying unhealthy food.
