Internet porn usage and risky sexual behaviour among adolescents have been linked in a recent study.
Being exposed to internet porn at an earlier age results in earlier and more diverse sexual practice. In turn, this can lead to adverse sexual and mental health outcomes.
Exposure to sexual health education was explicitly mentioned as having a positive impact, and ongoing commitment to these programs was recommended.
