Living in hazardous neighbourhoods is bad for your health

Living in a dangerous urban area may cause elderly people’s brains not to function properly. An apolipoprotein, in the brain which is a key indicator of increased risk for Alzheimer’s disease may influence cognitive function for those residing in a hazardous part of town, according to a study carried out in Baltimore.
