Low confidence in taxi services

Almost one in two Australians are dissatisfied with their local taxi service, the latest study of national transport has found.

The ninth survey conducted by the University of Sydney recorded the lowest levels of consumer confidence in taxi services yet; with Victoria, South Australia and Queenslad the least satisfied.

Chief amongst people’s concerns were unreliability, poor driver attitude and bad vehicle maintenance.
