The risks of being sued differ only slightly between the highest and lowest quality nursing homes, a University of Melbourne study has found.
High quality nursing homes are less at risk of getting sued for harms such as falls and pressure ulcers or bed sores than low quality nursing homes, however, the difference is very small.
