Internet-based cared management is both improving the clinical outcome of diabetes patients and easing the pressure on the health care system, a new study has shown.
The study highlighted the benefits of online based tools for information gathering, research, treatments and communications.
More than 80% of patients using online tools, such as cdmNet, received regular reviews that adhered to best practice care.
