Online therapy helps those with anxiety and depression

Macquarie University has developed online therapy programs that have helped three out of four people to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. The program’s director, Dr Nickolai Titov says the online free program can help sufferers overcome some of the barriers that can stand in the way geting treatment, including fear of stigma, geographic difficulties, as well as time constraints.

The university’s eCentreClinic website can be found at http://www.ecentreclinic.org/.
