Aaron obtained his PhD from the Centre for Nutrition, Exercise and Metabolism at the University of Bath in 2022. His research focuses on the integrated physiology of diet and nutrition. The main focus of his work is on the interactions between dietary carbohydrates and energy balance. He is now working as a Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases in the US.
