Aaron Situmorang

Aaron Situmorang is a Research Coordinator at Pulse Lab Jakarta's Social Systems team. His research interests are on women's empowerment, participatory development and the use of human-centred design approach in development. Before joining Pulse Lab Jakarta, he worked as a Program Manager of RISE Programme (Research on Improving Systems of Education) at the SMERU Research Institute Jakarta. He also provided research consultancy for ClimateWorks Australia, UNDP Indonesia, and Jakarta Property Institute. Aaron holds a master’s degree in development studies from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
