I am a practice-based researcher whose practice is largely rooted in documentary storytelling. I began my career as a Researcher Assistant on a digital humanities project, the Civil Rights Digital Library out of the University of Georgia. I earned a Master's in Multicultural American Literature from that same institution, to be followed by an MFA at Temple University, where I was awarded a University Fellowship. My films have screened at festivals nationwide and earned residencies and awards from the Wexner Center for the Arts, California Humanities, the Bay Area Video Coalition, Skidmore College, and more.
