Agnieszka Bielewska

Dr Agnieszka Bielewska is a sociologist and works as an Assistant Professor at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Psychology in Wrocław, Poland. Her primary academic interests include international migration, nationalism and identity. Her research has been focused on the impact of globalisation on national identity (Poles in the United Kingdom), the connection between the identity and urban space and the highly skilled migrants (foreigners in Poland). She obtained her PhD in 2010 from Manchester Metropolitan University.
