Agnieszka Jachec-Neale

Lecturer in Law, Director of International Law Forum, University of Exeter

Agnieszka is an expert researcher with practical insight into how international law is applied during armed conflict and in post-conflict environments. She has over five years experience working with the OSCE in southeastern Europe, where she specialised in monitoring domestic war crimes trials and in the enforcement of human rights standards in emerging democracies.

Agnieszka has been involved in managing and implementing major projects and producing analytical as well as multi-disciplinary reports in the fields of international humanitarian law and international human rights. She has also taught at the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at SOAS and at the University of Essex and at Brunel University London. She is currently an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and Lecturer at University of Exeter.
