Alexandra Meakin

Dr Alexandra Meakin is a Research Associate at the Sir Bernard Crick Centre at the University of Sheffield and a Research Associate at the University of Manchester. Her doctoral thesis was an analysis of the Restoration and Renewal of Palace of Westminster. Her research focuses on the governance of Parliament, and the relationship between the executive and the legislature. She previously spent over a decade working for MPs and for the House of Commons.
