I am a researcher at the London School of Economics (LSE) within the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science. I hold a PhD in Psychology applied to Medicine from Imperial College London and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester. In my research, I apply organisational, behavioural, health and social psychology into practice, particularly in the field of safety.

Previous research includes interventions to change safety behaviours in the quarrying industry (at the University of Exeter) and exploring ways to improve patient safety in the NHS (at Imperial). For the last year and a half at LSE I have been investigating safety culture across the various stakeholders in the aviation industry, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, ground handlers and air traffic management.
