Associate Professor of International Political Economy, University of Warwick

Dr André Broome was educated at Victoria University of Wellington and the Australian National University. He previously held positions at the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2012, and from 2013 he has been Associate Professor in International Political Economy at the University of Warwick.

His research focuses on the practice of global economic governance, and he is convenor of the IMF Research Network based in the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation (with Manuela Moschella). He has published over 30 journal articles and chapters, and is the author of two sole-authored books: The Currency of Power (2010), and Issues and Actors in the Global Political Economy (2014).
