His main research interests are at the intersection of international business and strategic management. His recent projects have looked at the geographical reach of multinationals, the cognitive aspects of executives' decision-making, international entrepreneurship, and the rise of the craft beer segment globally. His work has appeared in the Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal and California Management Review (amongst others).
