Andrea Hammel

Andrea Hammel is Reader in German at Aberystwyth University. Her research centres around the history and memory of those who fled National Socialism in the 1930s and 40s, and especially the Kindertransport. Her most recent work involves comparative studies with refugees in the 21st century.
