Anna Augusto Rodrigues

Sessional Lecturer, Faculty of Education, Ontario Tech University

Anna Augusto Rodrigues has a PhD in Education – Language, Culture and Teaching, from York University, and a Master of Education from Ontario Tech University. As an interdisciplinary educator and researcher, her scholarly interests focus on public pedagogy, public art, digital storytelling and visual communication. In 2019, her dissertation was the co-recipient of the Mary McEwan Memorial Award for feminist scholarship. Rodrigues has been involved in various educational projects in the past ten years, including running digital literacy workshops for children and adults and co-teaching an international field course on social justice in Brazil. She is currently a sessional instructor in the Faculty of Education at Ontario Tech University where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses.
