I obtained a PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2004. I then completed post-doctoral training at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Canada. I currently head a research laboratory at the University of Montreal in Canada. My research team and I are conducting work to understand how different routes of drug administration and different patterns of drug use influence the risk of developing drug addiction.
