Anne Templeton is PhD candidate in Psychology at the University of Sussex. She completed her MA (hons) in Psychology at the University of St Andrews and her MSc in Social Psychology at the University of Surrey.

Anne's PhD project examines the behavioural differences between 'physical' and 'psychological' crowds, with the aim of creating a computer model of collective behaviour which incorporates aspects of self-categorisation theory. More broadly, Anne's research interests include intergroup relations, intergroup prejudice, and the psychology of collective action.
