PhD Candidate and Research Assistant, Durham University

I am an epidemiologist with an interest in treatment and control of malaria and other vector borne diseases. Since graduating from LSHTM with an MSc in Public Health in Developing Countries, I have managed operational research projects looking at malaria treatment and diagnosis in both Ghana and Zanzibar. I also have experience in conducting systematic reviews and meta analysis and their use in influencing policy, for example on Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention. Before starting my MSc I worked for a number of years in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on regulatory affairs in emerging markets and clinical trial design.
