Anthony McDonnell

I am a Reader (Associate Professor) in Management at Queen's University Belfast, and Director, Centre for Irish Business and Economic Performance. I am also an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the University of South Australia, am an external examiner at the University of East London and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Prior to moving to Queen's University, I was Program Director and Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of South Australia Business School, a research Fellow at the University of Newcastle (Australia) and lecturer at University of Limerick, where I also completed my PhD.

I am currently Associate Editor of Human Resource Management Journal and sit on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of World Business, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations: the International Journal, and the Irish Journal of Management.
