I have expertise in health and health care, medicine, science, technology, culture, power, and social inequality. I am the author of "Silent Cells: The Secret Drugging of Captive America" and "Blood Sugar: Racial Pharmacology and Food Justice in Black America" both from the University of Minnesota Press.
