Assistant Prof. in Public Health, Monash University

Ms. Atina earned Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from Graduate Institute of Biomedical Informatics (GIBI), College of Medical Science and Technology, Taipei Medical University. Her research focused on digital epidemiology, information technology-based surveillance, spatial epidemiology, and regression machine learning. Before joining GIBI, she was a research assistant and teaching assistant at the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Population Health, and also the Department of Health Policy, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Currently, she is working on an infodemiology study using regression machine learning approaches, in collaboration with several Professors from Taipei Medical University, Taiwan, MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology, Philippines, and Soongsil University, Republic of Korea.
