Research Fellow in Electronic Imaging, The Open University

Research Fellow at the Centre for Electronic Imaging, part of the School of Physical Sciences at the Open University. Research interests include the effects of the space radiation environment on CCDs and CMOS APSs, and how to best reduce or mitigate these effects for space intrumentation. This has allowed me to have varying levels involvement in many international space missions, including ESA's Gaia, ExoMars, Euclid and JUICE, JAXA's Solar-C, and the UKSA's UKube-1.
I am also heavily interested in outreach, and act as the Department's SEPnet postdoctoral outreach officer, and am contributing to the department's outreach effort surrounding Gaia, Rosetta, and UKube-1.
