Brenda Wiewel

Brenda Wiewel helped to establish and implement the Initiative to Eliminate Homelessness by a leading university to actively engage on problem solving in the city of Los Angeles. Prior, Wiewel designed and led a range of behavioral health services for persons experiencing homelessness in the Los Angeles region.

Wiewel's doctoral study, where she designed a program innovation, focused on the Social Work Grand Challenge to End Homelessness. She is also a member of the Los Angeles Continuum of Care Board.
