Lauder Professor of Political Science, University of Pennsylvania

Brendan O'Leary is Lauder Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and Visiting Professor of Political Science at Queen's University Belfast. He is the author, coauthor and editor of twenty three books, and a constitutional political advisor on power-sharing. In the latter role he has advised the UN, the EU, the UK, Irish and US governments.
