Brent Mittlestadt

Brent Mittelstadt is currently researching the ethics of personal health monitoring technologies as part of a PhD research project at De Montfort University. As a member of the Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility he has conducted interdisciplinary research into various ethical, methodological and epistemological issues associated with emerging technologies. His background is in computer ethics, applied ethics and bioethics, with prior work in the field of ethical applications of genetic manipulation in scientific experimentation on animals.
