Doctoral Researcher - Work, Employment and Organisation, University of Strathclyde

I am currently working on my PhD thesis at Strathclyde Business School in the Work, Employment and Organisation department. I am researching individual employee resistance techniques within the service sector. I have completed my BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Stirling and my MSc in HRM at Strathclyde Business School.

My research interests revolve around employment relations, work precarity and the service sector more broadly
