Briony Birdi

I am a Senior Lecturer in Librarianship at the Information School, University of Sheffield, where I am also Co-Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
I graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MA in Librarianship in 1997, and completed my PhD in Information Studies in 2014.
I am a chartered member of CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
