Adjunct Professor in the School of Child & Youth Care, University of Victoria

I worked as a psychotherapist in private practice in Victoria for 35 years, focussing on anxiety, depression and trauma. I was a founding member of the BC Art Therapy Association, and taught Expressive Therapies at U Victoria for 25 years in the School of Child & Youth Care. I worked in First Nations communities for 25 years, and middle-school settings for 20 years.

Now, semi-retired, I have turned my attention to quality-of-life issues in palliative care. I have filed an application to Health Canada to permit the use of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for certain terminally patients.
