Wellcome Trust Research Fellow, University of Manchester

I am a veterinary research fellow specialised in public health and animal farming. My research sits at the intersection of medical humanities, animal studies and science and technology studies (STS). I have an interest in various topics related to the history and sociology of animal health, diseases, and health care in farming, human-nonhuman animal relations, and the politics of veterinary science and technology.

Currently, I am working as a Wellcome Trust Research Fellow at the Centre for the History of Science Technology and Medicine (CHSTM) at the University of Manchester. My research project explores the integration of new digital sensing technologies in farming and the reorganisation of farmed animal healthcare in France and the UK.
