I'm a French life science engineer who loves nutrition and decided to study the impact of diet on health. I have a Masters in Public Health and a PhD in nutritional epidemiology, where I was studying the effect of dietary patterns on cardiovascular health and obesity. After my PhD in Paris, I moved to London to work on improving algorithms that predict cardiovascular risk by including diet at Imperial College London. I am currently working as a Research Associate at UCL, on various aspects of ageing including mental health, disability, sensory impairments and cardiovascular disease.
