Can Cemgil

Can Cemgil teaches International Relations at Istanbul Bilgi University. He received his PhD from the University of Sussex, Department of International Relations. He published articles in Globalizations, Cambridge Review of International Affairs, IDS Bulletin, Philosophy & Social Criticism among other journals on international theory, geopolitics of the Middle East, Turkish politics and foreign policy, and international political economy. Currently he is working on a coauthored monograph on the Geopolitical Economy of Turkey, and coediting a special issue for Geopolitics on the political geography and geopolitics of Northern Syria.
