Clinical Psychologist and Research Fellow, Murdoch Children's Research Institute

Carmen Pace is a clinical psychologist and researcher who conducts research on mental health, attachment and child development in a range of high risk populations. She has a special interest in working with transgender and gender diverse young people and their families, and experience in translating research knowledge into clinical and community settings. She holds a PhD and Master of Psychology (Clinical Child specialisation) from the University of Melbourne. Carmen has a clinical appointment in the Gender Service, Department of Adolescent Medicine at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, is a research fellow at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, and an honorary senior fellow in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Melbourne.
