Mid-Career Research Fellow, Queensland University of Technology

Char-lee Moyle is an Innovation Metrics Mid-Career Research Fellow in the School of Management at QUT. She is the Co-Lead of the Social System's domain for the Centre for Data Science, Team Lead for GEM Australia, the Developer of the Longitudinal Australian Business Integrated Intelligence (LABii) DataVault.

Char-lee has a PhD in Tourism Economics from the University of Queensland, for which she won multiple awards including the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award, the 2012 UQ Dean’s Award for Research Higher Degree Excellence and the 2012 Best Paper Award from the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research. Char-lee has strong links into government and industry, and is a skilled practitioner with expertise in research, grant writing, data science, econometric modelling and economic development and strategy.
