Chelsea Moore

Chelsea is currently a lecturer in applied sport, health and exercise physiology at Wrexham Glyndwr University. Chelsea completed her PhD which investigated the physiological effects of exercise based cardiac rehab aswell as the dietary intakes of cardiac patients at Leeds Beckett University in 2020.

Chelsea is also a British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences accredited scientist and is part of the physical activity and health division. As part of her role at Wrexham Glyndwr University, she offers consultancy work for individuals wanting to improve their fitness, health and diet.
