Chris O'Leary

Chris is a specialist in public policy and public administration. He holds a PhD in public policy from King's College London. His research interests are around homelessness, where his published research includes policy analysis and evidence synthesis. He has a broader research interest in the policy process, including published works on the motivations of civil servants and other policy actors, agency termination, and policy failure. He also writes on social investment, and government procurement.
