Professor of Human Resource Management, City, University of London

Professor Rowley is a well known figure in the Human Resource Management and Asia business and management areas. He is the Editor of the journal 'Asia Pacific Business Review' and is an Editorial Board member for leading international journals. He holds several Visiting Professorships and Distinguished Scholar positions at leading Asian universities and Griffith University, Australia. He was technical advisor (research and publications) to the HEAD Foundation, Singapore, where he was Director of Research & Publications and helped establish its think tank on human capital.

He acts as an evaluator for several funding bodies and universities internationally. He is a respected author and has published over 500 articles, books, book chapters and other contributions and knowledge transfer outputs. He has worked and published with eminent and world-reknown thought leaders and management gurus, such as Dave Ulrich. He also writes regularly for several international business journals, magazines and newsletters
