Chris is responsible for the programs within the AGSM portfolio which include MBA programs (full time, Executive and Hong Kong), the Master of Business and Technology (MBT), the Graduate Certificate in Change Management (GCCM), and Executive Education.
Prior to his appointment at UNSW in 2011, Chris was the Associate Dean (Management Education) at the University of Sydney Business School and has held a range of academic leadership roles including Program Director, Chair of Discipline, Associate Dean (Executive Education) and Associate Dean (Management Education). He was formerly an Associate Professor of Marketing at UNSW’s Faculty of Commerce and Economics.
Chris obtained an Honours degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and a PhD from London Business School, for which he was a winner of the Academy of Marketing Science Doctoral Dissertation Competition.
His expertise is in leadership, strategic and international marketing, international entrepreneurship and corporate strategy. He has taught on undergraduate, post-graduate and executive programs at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, London Business School, Duke Corporate Education, Trinity College (Dublin), the University of Sydney and the AGSM.
