I'm currently Professor in the School of Philosophy at the Australian National University. I work in moral and political philosophy, with a focus on issues of international justice. My recent work includes books with Sanjay Reddy, International Trade and Labour Standards: A Proposal for Linkage (Columbia University Press, 2008), and Gerhard Øverland, Responding to Global Poverty: Harm, Responsibility, and Agency (Cambridge University Press, 2016), and articles in many leading philosophy, politics, and international relations journals.
