Christian Elliott is a PhD Student and Researcher in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. His personal research focuses on rules and regulations surrounding environmentally-focused finance, while also contributing to scholarship on de-carbonization as a member of the Environmental Governance Lab in the Munk School for Global Affairs and Public Policy.
