Christine Mathies

Senior Lecturer, School of Marketing, UNSW

Christine is a senior lecturer at the School of Marketing, and the Program Director for the Bachelor of Commerce at the UNSW Business School.

Christine’s research focus is to understand people’s preferences and behaviours in the service industry, as both customers and employees. Recent topics include, yield management, loyalty programs, customer service understanding of frontline service employees, the use of humour in service delivery, and the hidden value of crowdsourcing.
