Christine Mathies

Christine is the Academic Director Undergraduate Programs at the UNSW Business School, and a marketing academic.

Christine’s research focus is to understand people’s preferences and behaviours in the service industry, as both customers and employees. Recent topics include, yield management, loyalty programs, customer service understanding of frontline service employees, the use of humour in service delivery, social robotics in service encounters, and the hidden value of crowdsourcing.
