Cihan Dizdaroğlu

MSCA Fellow & Assistant Professor, Coventry University

Dr. Cihan Dizdaroglu is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) fellow and assistant professor at the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR) at Coventry University. He also retains a lecturer position in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Kadir Has University, Istanbul, and serves as an associate editor of the Journal of International Relations (Uluslararası İlişkiler).

He previously served as the Director of the Center for Turkish Studies at Kadir Has University from 2017 to 2019 and as the Project Coordinator to the International Relations Council of Turkey (IRCT) between 2009 and 2018. He was research associate in the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey | TEPAV, a think-tank based in Ankara, between 2006 and 2010.

His academic interests include Peace and Conflict Studies, Cyprus, Youth, Turkish Foreign Policy—particularly Turkish-EU relations, Turkish-Greek relations and the Cyprus issue—European Security and the NATO-EU Relations.
