Dr Spicer is an experienced educator of primary, secondary and tertiary students. She specialises in 'exceptional' students, those who have learning difficulties; social, emotional and behavioural concerns; those who are gifted and twice exceptional. Claire works as a unit chair of education (psychology); and stream coordinator of 'inclusive education' at Deakin University, Faculty of Education, in addition to her own practice on weekends.
